The goal of the investor is to create a functional living space for their large family, providing a suitable environment for their life. This space should also allow for both passive and active relaxation. The proposed multi-generational family house will also include a workspace that will serve both as a separate office for the investor and as a space for business meetings with several people simultaneously. The equipment in this part of the house must meet the requirements of people participating in these meetings. Adequate parking spaces, as well as the availability of refreshments and hygiene facilities, are important. The property also considers the possible accommodation of a person who will assist with household chores and tasks. Additionally, exterior recreational areas in the form of a garden with a terrace will be developed, providing visual integration with the surrounding greenery.
When it comes to the selection and integration of functions within the property, the most crucial factor is the proper division of the house into daytime and nighttime zones, as well as the separation of work, technical, and relaxation areas, including parts accessible to staff or clients. This division is mainly achieved through the use of different floors, with the lowest floor housing the garage and technical spaces. One floor above is the section with guest/staff accommodation, as well as office and relaxation spaces. The floor above this, at ground level on the southwestern part of the property, contains the daytime area of the house with the living room and kitchen. The entire structure is then completed with two residential floors.
